- Blueprint reading basics discuss residential and light commercial projects by teaching you how to understand the various lines, symbols, page numbering, cross sections, details, specifications, abbreviations and more.
- Estimating basics will discuss organizing the estimate, take-offs, overhead, and profit. Learn to get paid for your time in the pre-construction phases of a project and create a proactive process that leads to better communication, more successful projects, happier customers and higher profits.
- Review the significant changes to the 2015 International Residential Code, including the Utah state amendments to the code, and OSHA’s Respirable Crystalline Silica Standard for Construction
- Know the requirements for building envelopes and why they are so important in today’s building industry.
